IYTW’s are unique in that they target all areas of the shoulder: front, side and back + they hit both the larger muscles on outside, as well as the smaller rotator cuff muscles inside the shoulder joint!

Quick Tips:
- you can perform this move on the floor, standing or lying on a stability ball
- only use small weights: 3lbs – 5lbs will be good to start, then work up to using 7.5 lbs or 10 lbs
- perform 3 sets of 15 reps and do these twice each week
